Dancing Soul is a digital dance and movement platform offering on-demand dance sessions, workshops, and community experiences.
You agree to use Dancing Soul for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not record, copy, redistribute, or publicly perform any content from the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase a subscription.
Access to Dancing Soul is available through recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual), billed automatically until cancelled.
Your first week is free. You may cancel anytime before the week ends to avoid being charged.
All payments are securely processed by our payment provider. Prices are shown in euros (€).
Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.
You may pause your subscription for up to 3 months at a time. During pause, billing will stop and resume automatically when you reactivate.
You can cancel anytime through your account settings.
After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the paid period.
No additional charges will be made after cancellation.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused access, or accidental renewals.
Refunds are only granted where required by law or in cases of duplicate charges or technical errors.
Dancing Soul includes physical movement and dance practices.
By participating, you confirm that you are in good physical health and assume full responsibility for your participation.
Dancing Soul and its instructors are not liable for any injury, strain, or health issues resulting from participation.
Consult a healthcare professional before starting any physical activity.
We aim to maintain a safe and welcoming space for all members.
By using our platform and joining any community features, you agree to:
Treat all participants with respect.
Avoid any harassment, bullying, or discrimination.
Not promote outside businesses, spam, or unrelated content.
Violations may lead to suspension or permanent removal from the platform without refund.
All videos, music, text, visuals, and materials on the platform are owned by Dancing Soul SIA or our licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or share content outside the platform.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
We process personal data (such as name, email, and payment information) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your data is used to manage subscriptions, deliver updates, and provide occasional offers or news.
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dancing Soul SIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or inability to access it.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific results from participation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia (European Union).
Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Riga, Latvia.
